SNOW DAY CANCELLATION!
The Beastie Book Club will not be meeting today (2/21/13) because of the weather, we hope to see you next thursday! :) ENJOY THE SNOW SAFELY!

The BBC is Back!
Our Teen Program, the Beastie Book Club, is resuming
next week on Thursday, January 10th! The program is for all teens around
the ages of 5th-8th grade, and is from 5:30 to 6:30 every Thursday
evening. For those of you who have been coming regularly, please note
the adjusted time schedule due to the library's new operating hours.
The Beastie Book Club is a great place where teens can learn about books and the library, while doing lots of hands-on activities such as crafts and games. Each month we highlight a different genre of the teen section, and we talk about the books in that section during our meetings.
We are also adding an additional program to the Beastie Book Club! This program will be taking place each Saturday (except the third saturday of the month) and will be from 10:30 to 12:00 in the morning. This will be a program with a heavier focus on reading and discussion, as we will be reading some great middle school-age books together and discussing them while having snacks and occasionally playing some games.
The programs are seperate, so attendence to both isn't a neccesity, but we'd love to see you there!
